Children belonging to all types of ethnic and racial backgrounds are available. Many children are available through the US Foster Care System. These children have often been removed from their birthparents due to neglect and/or abuse. Siblings and children of all ages and ethnic backgrounds are available. Adoption through the Foster Care system is free of charge and often subsidies to continue helping the children, even after adoption, are available.
