There are few agencies with programs in the Republic of Georgia. The Republic of Georgia is a very small program and is continuing to evolve.
Children Available: There are no "healthy" children available for adoption in the Republic of Georgia. Children are usually 2 years of age or older. Children must be in their government database for at least 8 months in order to be available for international adoption, and they are not entered into the database at birth. Children raised in orphanages will nearly always have delays. That is well known. These delays often are due to living conditions, but medicals should be reviewed by a US medical professional. Children will have complete medicals. Some will be 'basically' healthy, others will have known mild-moderate conditions.
