Adoptions from Cambodia are currently closed for US citizens.
Rarely, American citizens living outside US are allowed to adopt from Cambodia. Citizens of Denmark, Dubai , Austria, Italy, Singapore, Trinidad and Tobago are, however, allowed to apply for adoption of Cambodian children.
