Overview
Available Children: Waiting children are generally over five years old. There are also sibling groups and younger children with special needs available for adoption.

Parent Requirements: Married couples and single men and women over 25 years of age can adopt from Estonia. There are no stated upper age limits; no other restrictions apply.

Travel Requirements: One preview trip is recommended. Only one parent needs to travel. Immigration processing is done through Tallinn, Estonia

Adoption Timetable: The total process from dossier submission until the time adoptive parents travel to adopt the child averages six to twelve months. Preliminary travel to meet the child is possible.

Method of Referral Referrals are made by review of videos and medical reports in advance of dossier submission.
