Thank you for considering Americans for International Aid and Adoption! For more than 34 years, AIAA has found adoptive families for more than 5,000 children. They included infants, toddlers and school age children, with a strong emphasis on the "waiting child", those who by virtue of age, racial background or medical condition wait for a family. Today, there are many children who desperately need a chance for a future. We work with families in all states. AIAA is committed to helping these children, one child at a time.
