ASIA is licensed to place children from China and Taiwan. ASIA places healthy children and waiting children who may have special needs. ASIA also performs local home studies or post placement reports for families adopting internationally or domestically through other agencies and residing in Oregon or Washington. ASIA is Hague Accredited and a licensed nonprofit agency.
