Dawn Greer Choate and her husband are the parents of four children, including 2 biological sons and 2 daughters born in China. They are also waiting to bring home their 5th child, a son, from Guatemala. Following a difficult adjustment with their first daughter, Dawn launched the Healing Hannah mission to help other families prepare for the issues they might face before adoption and get the help they need after adoption. Healing Hannah also partners with other organizations to improve the lives of children not yet in a forever family. Dawn is an ordained minister, a speaker and writer for political as well as adoption advocacy issues, and co-owner along with her husband of an educational computer/software business.
